The incredible breakfast, a lot of variety of everything and of very good quality, even gummies for the little ones! There was everything, down to the smallest detail. I loved everything about the hotel, if I went back to Madrid I would repeat for sure. The incredible room on the 11th floor. Very good food in the restaurant below the hotel. On the other hand, the experience in the SkyNIght (penthouse) very good, good music, good atmosphere, incredible views, very rich cocktails... A quiet and very luxurious stay. Very good treatment by the hotel staff. They were in everything!! :) After being in the center of Madrid, arriving at the hotel was the best. The location is very good, you could get everywhere thanks to the metro and to get to the hotel from the highway we had no problem. I will repeat for sure! Very highly recommended :)

The Silken Puerta America is renowned to have been designed by 19 top designers. This was a true amazing experience to stay there at booking price.
The hotel staff does not provide a 4 star experience. We stayed during a week-end and experienced many noisy experiences - It must be said that there is a night-club in this hotel which attract a lot of people. Pay attention to the towels as we did experience having dirty ones.

hotel is on the road, has paid parking, reception was a little slow really, person who attended us was correct. rooms are rare, comfortable, bed very cozy, bathroom very complete, with basic elements of toilet, hair dryer very uncomfortable (you have to squeeze all the time) and very little power (better to take it from home). One detail is that the room service menu was dirty inside, like wet with something sticky, television is a giant projector and you can control the whole room with a control that is on the wall, modern, breakfast very complete and varied with options without gluten and vegetable milks, friendly staff. decoration is very nice. check out was much quicker and person who attended us much nicer.
It wasn't until we arrived at the hotel and checked in that we found out that we had to pay an extra 50 euro guarantee. I think that should go in the booking information.

I appreciated the chic and original style of the hotel. The welcoming staff made my stay enjoyable. The room where the heating was working fine was very good value for money. The hotel's location near the metro was convenient for business travelers.

It was excellent the room decor, comfort and overall feel was excellent,
The menu choice in restaurants wasnt great didnt really cater for normal tastes, nightclub on top floor was lovely but the drinks were very very expensive as was breakfast, but overall was a lovely hotel although at the rates in the hotel guide of 850 euro per night I wouldnt recommend, but if you got a special offer as I did it was great.

The thing I liked the most was the design of the floor's and the room'S. The skyline bar was very nice as was the downstairs bar and the outdoor garden. The stuff was excellent, very helpfull at all times.
The pool was very small and very dark in the during of the day.

reception staff is very helpful. We liked the bar upstairs very much and got free entry to the party on Saturday. beds are very comfortable. wifi worked very well, shower with hydro massage also worked without problems, unlike in other hotels I have visited.
We were in the room created by Norman Foster. The door of the toilet was not closed because it had no latch, only a not very big velcro. Every day a waitress came in to do the room and woke us up, even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging on the door. There was no comb in the toiletry kit and I had to ask for it at the reception. They charge you 4 euros extra to bring you anything in the room service, something I had never seen before, and 50 euros deposit per night in case you ask for something ( I had always seen deposits in case you break something, so it seemed very strange to me )
